  • When you go to a dealership you expect things to be fixed, not broken, but this is the experience I received. Went in for a warranty repair because of clear coat wore out on a roof piece (just 1 year after purchase), when we got our car back and drove home, the whole piece of roof plastic flew off while driving on the freeway. Second time pickup, piece of plastic connecting the rear view mirror and interior was dangling and there were adhesive on the sunroof that's unremovable. Pending on the third round now. Certainly not the expected level of service from Mercedes and dealership.
