  • Total Fail! Delivered late after promising an earlier time. Did not even check specific information I listed on their special instructions, and delivered to the wrong address. Then called the recipient to totally spoil the surprise. The expensive arrangement I ordered sucked, not even close to the picture. The person who answered the phone could not access my information and then laughed at me when I expressed my frustration. I usually check yelp for services, big mistake not to do so this time. BLEW every element of my order that they could. Is it really that hard to deliver flowers? DO NOT USE
