  • This tour sucked. Everything that they advertise is a lie. No water, the tour started with them taking you to a remote area and try to sell you everything under the sun. Then they won't let you leave. We sat on the bus for 30 minutes while they waited on drivers. The damn tour is a joke. Then we waited for buses to take us to a buffet that made golden corral look like a 5 star restaurant. Then they give you these cards that they say have money on for you to gamble but don't. They rushed us because they wasted time on drivers. The chocolate factory was a 20 foot walk looking thru a glass with no guide. Then they push you to buy stuff. You are better off renting a car for the day and just driving there. Forget the tour, they show you down to hallways and that is all. All the info and things to look at are upstairs. It was a total waste of time. However the Big Bus tour is worth it. It's a nice way to see the city and get to ride all day and be able to hop on and off whenever you want. Bus runs every 30 minutes at the stops. Cool tour.
