This company needs to learn a thing or two about customer service. I had been trying to contact the corporate office regarding catering for two weeks. Today I finally spoke to a manager. He advised me that the date I requested had been booked over a month ago. When I tried to explain the inconvenience it caused me he told me that he had to go. I was in the process of telling him that I would be posting a review regarding my experience and he just hung up on me. Not a great way to treat a potential customer that was going to spend $1500.
