  • You just can't beat Home Depot's selection and it doesn't matter which location you go to. I was in Germany in January and went to a couple of home improvement stores and the selection they have is pathetic compared to here in the US. Service is hit or miss, just depends on which associate you happen to meet. It does seem that they have become a lot more service-minded the past few years. Now there's much less pointing and a lot more escorting you to what you're looking for.
