My husband and I both had very bad experiences here.
My appointment time was 7:30am. I was seen by the optometrist at 8:25.
My husband's appointment was at 2:00pm. He got up and left their office at 2:45pm. They called him 5 minutes later saying, "We weren't done with your appointment." They didn't know he had never been called back? He was the only one in the waiting room.
And what I did not expect was the optometrist to try to guilt me into buying a pair of glasses from them because "we wouldn't stay in business if people only came in for exams."It is not my problem if your business model does not work well with the current economy.
I should not be given a guilt trip by the optometrist because I would rather spend less than half of what they would charge me for glasses somewhere else. Why would I pay $10 for a gallon of milk at one store if I can get it for $5 at another? I wouldn't.
