  • If you purchase furniture from this company do NOT purchase a warranty with it. Once you actually file a claim they will NOT cover anything. If you tell the store that the warranty that they sold you is not covering your claim they don't care and tell you that you have to cover the costs yourself. I have purchased two couches from them in the past and paid for the warranties and now that I actually need to use it this is how I am treated. Will not be returning as their customer in the future. They only care about scamming you out of your money.
