  • Same story as the others. I wish I could be a loyal supporter but I can't. Two trips got cancelled the morning of as I'm sitting at the pickup location at 6am. I was promised a refund but never got it. I inquired several times about my refund and got no response. Basically I'm out $200 and I'll never see that money again.
