  • I would give them no stars if possible. I went to get a car wash yesterday, by far the worst car wash I've been to. I got there at 1:30. When trying to pay them, their terminal was broken. Took almost half an hour for them to even get someone to take payment. When I got some cash, the guy couldn't get me a receipt. 2:15 rolls by, and I was getting impatient, as I noticed that several people who had gotten there before me were getting their cars. When I went to check out what was going on, my car hadn't even started to get washed! I asked for the manager, and he didn't want to hear my feedback and started yelling at me. Long story short, I had to speak to the owner who finally got my car "expedited." I was never rude, or loud, but the manager felt the need to scream because I gave him feedback. I got out of there at 3pm. Never going there again!!!
