| - I bought a washer dryer combination from this store via the mobile app, when I was in the process of moving into a new home.
The installation team took two days to get them stacked and installed (this should not have been the case)
After I was able to get settled in,and start doing laundry in my new home,I noticed the damage the installation team caused to my home and to my appliences.
I wanted the units swapped out for a new pair, part of why I got these units was because they looked nice! Samsung refused to replace them, they said I should accept a damage payout, or someone can stop by to try and buff out the DAMAGES.
After this, I wanted a full refund.
After a week of calling multiple numbers I was given, and being transferred,and placed on hold, I was told I only had 48 hours after purchase to return them.
I was never told this. I asked the agent how I was supposed to know that, she said it's listed on the site, I reminded the agent that I bought the pair via the app.
The rep could not have cared less.
Next I take my situation to the store manner, as recommended by the customer service representative.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
