| - Great room for comedy, good layout and it's new & clean with nice low ceilings to keep the sound in. The Wednesday night my group attended, the club had a lot of technical issues with the microphone and the opening act (Wolf Brown) was tragically bad. The emcee, Matt, made up for him, though, and the headliner (Ruben Paul) was fantastic. Drinks were slow to come, the server reeked of Marlboro lights, and the food was lukewarm and haphazzardly put together.
I'd recommend going to the House of Comedy, but not on a weekday night, and I'd eat & drink somewhere else in City North prior to the show. Don't waste your money on food here, and order your drinks 2 at a time!
