  • My wife and I had our car washed, per Arizona Car Wash Company, there is a rain policy attached, 2 days after rain, for a re-wash. We verified this through a phone call. Upon arriving at the car wash the main manager backed off of the policy to re-wash the exterior of the vehicle. Began yelling at my wife and then proceeded to threaten me when the inquiry was made. Stay away from this place, the very worst customer service that I've EVER received.
