I spent $3000 in January 2016 on a new living room furniture and never received what I ordered. I was given the runaround for 3 full months, and my salesperson Sergio did not make good on rectifying the situation. I now have couches with fabric that I did not want to begin with because the fabric that I originally ordered was supposedly "out of stock", and have accent pillows with fabric that does not match the fabric that I ended up with on my couch. Very disappointed with Sergio - I tried to work with him by agreeing to forgo the fabric that I wanted on my accent pillows because I believed him to be sincerely sorry, and after 3 months of being kind and patient, I received pillows with completely different fabric. I would have given them a good review had they made good on their error. So sad and so simple to fix - it ultimately ended up this way over 3 lousy pillows. All I can say is wow - I just don't get it.....
Beware - it is not worth the aggravation. I tried to give them one last chance by leaving a message with owner Ramon Canales to discuss further, but he did not return my call.
