The staff is new and seem confused about customer service. Have to ask multiple times for basic things like hangers and signs but this could be because the staff is young and inexperienced. The rooms are clean and the staff is pleasant but if they don't get the basic customer relationships organized I assume they will struggle. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE LEARN TO COUNT BACK CHANGE. IT IS INCREDIBLY RUDE TO HAD YOUR CUSTOMER A FIST OF MONEY AS CHANGE ONCE THEY HAVE PAID FOR AN ITEM IN CASH. JUST BECAUSE THE CHECK-IN IS AT A BAR PLEASE LEARN HOW TO COUNT BACK CHANGE.
