| - I only wanted to write this to point out, despite my nail tech being a beautiful person and such a great conversation, it really was the worst (and most painful) experience I've ever had getting my nails fixed. She was too cute for me to flip the hell out- not only because I was there for over 2 hours, but she straight up told me the lady who does nails just didn't want to do anymore for the day? What I got from from our conversation is that she's a hair stylist and doesn't really do nails often, so that being said I ended up with a few drilled to the point of bleeding cuticles and the skin on the side of my pinky literally filed open. :( besides bleeding from a couple fingers, the gel was all over the place and it looked like a mess. She gave me a nail file to fix it myself when I left, and I was just too tired and late to everything I needed to be at already that evening to care about what I still paid for. I'm sure the salon gives great service for the majority of the time, but no one should sit in a nail salon for more than 2 hours to get a fill with some gel polish for $50.
** And since you, Berta, decided to try and justify all of what I said and blaming me instead of just taking an L because your tech wasn't an expert as you stated, they looked horrible. I never said she wasn't apologetic, I'm simply pointing out that I get my nails done like clockwork and I've never had the issue of gel polish running or my skin and cuticles being filed and drilled off. And I absolutely was there for 2 hours so just address the issue properly and don't blame your customer for a poor job.
