  • Having grown up in Charlotte, I've been a big supporter of Reid's even through all of the locations and changes. Lately I've really been disappointed in the customer service, specifically at this location. In general, the staff (both on the restaurant / sandwich side as well as the grocery side) does not act in a respectful, pleasant manner especially given the cost / luxury markup on the grocery items.
