  • Nice hotel. We had the suite and it was comfortable. There was a wedding in the main arcade area so we could not walk in that area from 5-11pm! We had to take several elevators and a crazy back way to get to the street level. Really ridiculous! We are paying hotel guests yet we can't easily enter and exit the hotel cause of the wedding reception! Hyatt is super cheap! They had a table with baked goods, fruit and coffee near Checkout area. But they charge for every item off that table.......even the coffee was $3! We paid a fortune for the suite yet they don't provide a cup of coffee???!?! That's embarrassing, Hyatt!
