  • DO NOT GO HERE. There are far better, cheaper, and more honest places to go to than this poor excuse for a business. I paid for 2 pieces of glass. I was called one time to pick them up, and it wasn't a pleasant call. I picked one them up and asked if they could let me know if they can install the other one. I never got a call back. The window wasn't a huge concern like the other one, but I remembered I still had one there. So I called myself a few months later, even though I was still waiting on an answer. The lady was incredibly rude and said they didn't have my glass even though I paid for it and still had the receipt. She threatened me on the phone, and I told her it was unfortunate and they should have my glass, she hung up on me. I called back, and a different lady, much more nice answered, named Patty and she said my glass wasn't ready yet. I then got another call from the rude lady and was told my glass wasn't there, and it wasn't her problem. A business shouldn't strong arm its customers like this, and quite frankly shouldn't be a business.
