Number one reason for any 1 star is customer service! Or should I say lack there of.
The saddest part is this location will never get better.
The shift leaders who have the crappy attitudes are doing the interviewing.

Went inside because the drive through is terribly slow.
The lady (shift leader) taking orders is just plan RUDE!
Not a welcome or hi, how may I help you to the nice girl In front of us (there for her interview) "just have a seat, I be with you in a minute".
Then it was our turn. Told her I wanted a half dozen and what donuts I wanted.
I asked for a special one and before trying to politely tell me if it was ok it was extra, she told me "it's not gonna fit in your half dozen box and it's extra".
Listen lady, I don't care it's extra, I'm NOT new to dunkin and you need to have a better customer service attitude.
Dear owner, you need to pop in on your employees because they will continue to drive YOUR location in the ground.
Not a happy customer.
Btw your donuts are hardly ever fresh. They taste like yesterday's batch!!
