| - Trust the bad reviews!!!!
Update!! It is now June 8, 2017. I bought my car THREE MONTHS AGO. I still never got a manual. After I posted this yelp review someone named Jennifer Gardner contacted me, acting all nice and even left me a voicemail. (i will attach a photo of the translated voicemail.) She explained to me when I called her back that she has ordered my manual and when it gets to Planet Nissan she will contact me and she can either mail it to me or i can pick it up in person. Its been three months and still NOTHING. After that phone call I never hear from her or anyone else again. I never get the manual. I call back and no one answers, and yes of course, nobody calls me back either. Its really not even that big of a deal I guess not having a manual, but what really bothers me is the lack of service. At least just call and tell me that you dont want to get me a manual! Felix and this person that called me just lie and promise they will do everything they can do get it for me. And then just never follow up on it and disappear.

Whats really funny is that everyone here posts horrible yelp reviews and the manager or whoever it is replies to the yelp reviews as if he cares. I believe they just do this so it seems like they give customer service when they OBVIOUSLY do not as stated by the other yelpers posting one star reviews.

DO NOT BUY CARS FROM HERE!!!
I purchased a car from here and everyone was nice up until I purchased the car. Once the sale has been made, everyone has been ignoring my calls and refuses to even acknowledge and give me service.
My car did not come with an owners manual and the sales rep named Felix promised we would get one. The next time we came in he said he had to call and ask for one. Okay? You said youd already have one for us. I texted him if it was ready and he never responded so i decided to go in person. We came back a third time and he said its a used car it comes as it is, no manual if it didnt come with one. He then said it would cost 25$. Are you serious??
Also, they spelled my name wrong on the bill of sale!! How do you even do that when you have all of my paperwork and license?? I was like okay, its just a mistake they can fix it. I complained to felix and he said he would fix it by the next day. A month passes and I still never get anything in the mail and never hear back from him. When i go in person, they just cross out whats spelled wrong and re write it?? Takes one minute to do that but you want me to wait a month to register my car ?
I complain to three different people and no one seems to care. They say sorry but nothing changes. And apparently the general manager is on vacation.
There is a bunch of small things also that would not even happen if i purchased this car elsewhere- such as waiting 30 minutes in the lobby to get greeted, the trunk of my car was messed up and I had to wait for roadside assistance, and even other things!!
This place is a joke!!! You will only be treated nice so you can buy the car. Once you pay, sales are final and you wont be hearing from your sales rep anymore. I will be sure to take my business elsewhere and tell everyone I know to AVOID THIS PLACE!
