| - The moment you walk into the hotel reservation lobby to check in, you feel the luxury from the hotel. It is clean and grand, and the service from everyone working here is great. One in particular was an individual named Mike, who walked us from the hotel's parking garage to the check in lobby. I had expected him to point us in the direction of the lobby, but he went above and beyond to walk us over. This happened again the day we were checking out, luckily we ran into Mike again! The property is not hard to navigate but some of us get turned around easily so it's helpful to know there are workers around the floor here to help.
The hotel rooms are large and grand, I especially enjoyed the bathrooms that come with a soaking tub and stand up shower with a separate room housing the toilet! Perfect where individuals can still get ready and use the mirrors while another person is in the toilet room.
The hotel also has several food and beverage options in their food court located on the casino floor, such as Panda Express, Starbucks, auntie Anne's pretzels, and upscale restaurants!
The reason for one less star is that we were told we would be able to check in early at 11am when we called prior, however when we arrived, we were told our room was not ready yet. They have a service where they could text you when your room is ready (cool!) but our room was not ready until close to 3:30. A little disappointing when the hotel front desk tells us one thing and we end up having to wait an extra 4 hours until the room is ready. We had asked for a late check out the next day since we had to wait for our room to be ready, but they were not able to accommodate a complementary late check out.
The rooms also don't come with a coffee maker and the fridge is full of minibar offerings so you can't really use it to put any leftover food.
Even with the inconveniences, we would probably give this place another try.
