  • I agree with all the negative reviews here. Poor customer service and unprofessional overall. Just writing to add that when I tried to rent from them last week, the fee for a second driver was $15/day. I went next door to Enterprise, and although the rental fee was slightly higher, I signed up to be an Enterprise member (free of charge) and got a second driver for free.
