| - This location has got to be the worst ever! As previously posted by another reviewer, their coffee tastes weird. I'm not entirely sure about the 'lamby' taste but there is an unpleasant flavour to their coffee. Perhaps a good cleaning of the machines and pots may fix the foulness?
Many of the employees lack conversational English and common sense. The employees mess up every order except when I order just tea. Seriously, how hard is it? For instance, once we ordered several breakfast meals. M-E-A-L-S. Meaning, the breakfast sandwich, hashbrown, and drink. When we pulled over and passed out the meals, we realised that there were no hash browns. We circled back into the drive through. The female employee was arguing with me, in broken English, that we didn't order hash browns --- even though we ordered the meal. Helloooo???
On a separate occasion, we ordered 4 lunch meals +. There was a new hire. A young man who was handling our order. He was so overwhelmed and was essentially running around in circles. It took a very long time to get our order. Again, we ended up having to return to the store because part of our order was missing.
Management at this location need to wake up! There are no bad employees, only bad managers. If an employee is bad, fire them. If the employee is not good at their job, do a better job of training them.
