This location has a good variety and sales staff that is good at selling. Keeping their word is another story.
I let my salesperson talk me into a wedding band that was a smaller size than I wanted. It would take 10 days to get the ring after they ordered it. He promised that if it didn't fit that they would order a larger size and it would be expedited shipping.
The first ring arrived in 10 days and it was too small. I went through their process of refunding the first transaction and charging me the amount again for the new ring. I mentioned what I was told about expedited shipping during this process and the clerk nodded. After I finished paying, a 2nd time, I asked when the new ring would arrive. The clerk said "I don't know- it doesn't tell me". He promised that my sales person would call me that day because the shipping info could be available later.
The next day my salesperson called (one day later than agreed). He preferred to argue about how I was happy with the size of the ring when I ordered it 12 days prior. He refused to discuss his promise of expedited shipping and refused to cancel the order. He told me that I would have to go back to the store (4th time) to swipe my card.
I denied the charge with my CC company and got the same ring from Bello Marc for $80 less in 2 days. Good luck, Jared,
