  • As a local from Las Vegas, I've used several Helicopter tours.But for my wife's "big" Birthday I booked with Sundance. It was a simple phone call, made the reservations, Googled mapped my way across from Mandalay Bay off the strip to Haven st. Staff was friendly, building and bathroom were very clean. Great pilot, and as a 8 year veteran, I've had bad ones. He knew she was nervous and made it an enjoyable flight. As we are local, I didn't take them up on the limo ride. But for her birthday they had a bottle of champagne for us when we landed. I can not emphasize enough how enjoyable the staff, pilot, flight crew and overall experience they made her birthday. Will book again for the Grand Canyon tour with picnic.
