  • On April 24, 2018 my dog Wiwi was released with an injury to his left eye (lacerations on his eyelid and bruising) and razor burns on his rib cage. I made numerous attempts to deal with this matter directly with the owner Yole Vincent and the Groomer/Manager, Michelle Fields. Both, Yole and Michelle denied responsibility and til today they have not refunded the medical bills or grooming costs. Michelle has been more focused on accusing Wiwi of being an aggressive. Wiwi did not deserve this and this is animal abuse and negligence. Accidents happen but these two have not accepted any type of responsibility. They have no ethics or care for animals. We don't care about the money but it worries us to know that Puppy Love Grooming staff abuse the dogs on their care and deny it. Dogs don't have a voice but I do therefore it is my responsibility report this to anyone that has pets. This place does not deserve a single star.
