  • I was 3 min late for my appointment and they wouldn't take me. The front desk lady was rude and the assistant sat in the waiting room as if she hated her job and didn't want to be there. Had I known it was going to be like this I wouldn't have had the audacity to call and rescheduled my appointment from last week for today.
