  • Shopped here here and there. Entrance is usually piled with stuff people are trying to consign. I asked my husband to pick out some costumes for our tot since I am ill. He comes home and sadly they don't work. He goes back to the store on THE same day...and they refuse to refund him or do an exchange. Staff did not tell him they were FINAL SALE! Do you think it would be important to tell customers that when your REGULAR policy is 7 days for refunds? Do you think it would be important to tell your customer when they are buying 3 of those items of the same size and they only have one baby with them?
