  • Total crap show... Save your time and book at the Victory Spa. I wish I was exaggerating. My mother was excited to have booked us an appointment for pedicures together at Blue Daisy Day Spa in her neighborhood for Christmas. It was her first time trying the spa, and she had to book nearly a week in advanced in order to get us in at the same time. Today, we received a reminder of the appointment, and headed over to the spa for our pedicures only to be told when we arrived that they had only booked ONE OF US for a pedicure. So we stood there, speaking to the FOUR people at the front desk about how to remedy the situation. How did they fix it? They didn't. We were told they could take one of us now, and one of us next week. Or MAYBE they could TRY to rebook is both the week after Christmas... over two weeks after we first tried to get in, and well after I was leaving town. The solution? We're going to the (much nicer) spa at the Victory tomorrow to enjoy our Christmas Pedicures. I would recommend you do the same!
