| - Purchased a brand new 2014 Outlander. First off, the floor mats were missing, but they realized that and called to get this addressed.
I took it once for an oil change and asked them to inflate the tires as the light for that came on. They didn't bother to do that. I tried also calling for the shuttle as I had to drop off the car and go to work, nobody answered, ended up taking the bus.
And finally, something as trivial as asking for a copy of the owner's manual proved to be a painful process. I kept calling and asking for help, every time the receptionist said they'll me back. Finally when I got to someone, Victor, he was hostile, kept interrupting me and outright called me a liar. He said he'll look into it but when I asked for more details, ie. when can I get them? is he going to call me etc... He didn't reassure me with his answers.
Having lost confidence in them, I emailed Mitsubishi directly. Immediately, Victor called, with a less aggressive tone and promised he'll get me the manual. After 10 days, I emailed Mitsubishi again, and the next day, surprise, Victor calls and the manual is ready.
Basically, management in this dealership is a failure, however contacting Mitsubishi HQ proved very efficient. Since then I switched to Dixie Mitsubishi and I'm happy with their services.
