  • I showed up for an appointment expecting to look at a vehicle and to take a test drive. The salesman Matt greeted me and promptly turned me over to a young kid. After waiting 15-20 to see the truck I wanted to review, the young kid told me that it was out for service and hasn't been on their lot for a week. Matt obviously has no idea what vehicles are on their lot; or maybe he doesn't want to sell USED vehicles. I guess Mark Kia doesn't want to sell vehicles. Maybe they just want to mislead the public into thinking that they do.
