Tami who works at the Northsight facility was incredibly rude. She started yelling at me when all I wanted to do was provide feedback as a customer. She gave me the hand and walked away. She was processing a customer for the year long fast pass at the spot where you pay for the express wash. It took over 10 min as they scratched off the expired pass and placed the new one. The line backed up. After I went through, I just wanted to let Tami know that there must be a better place to sign people up. She said no and started yelling. I would like to speak with the owner to express my disappointment. Ironically I have a year long fast pass.
