  • Bad customer service! I had a query regarding rekeying the locks in my house and the person was so rude. When I asked questions regarding the process (I just wanted to understand what they were going to do) and confirming the pricing, he started to get agitated and act like I was a huge pain in the a**. Definitely taking my locks and money elsewhere.
