  • Well, I have mixed feelings about this place. They have a great selection of parts, some of the employees are really friendly and helpful, and their prices are decent. The problem lies in the owner. Each of the 3 or so interactions I have had with him, he has said something to me that was completely rude and condescending after I asked a simple question. I don't know if that is what he is like with everyone, or if it is just people that aren't bike experts...but this time it cost them $600 as I was planning on buying a bike and will now be shopping elsewhere. In a town with as many bike shops as Madison, it seems like they would be more concerned with getting people to come back. Oh well..
