  • I was so impressed as new patient that I returned for a second visit! Someone from the office phoned to set up an appointment. We confirmed date and time, and also price, since I'm a cash pay. My teeth are in great shape, and always have been. The cost was quoted for cleaning exam and x rays at $150. Upon arrival the attempt to sell me into a plan for $200 wasn't a success for the gal at the front desk. She kept trying sell me up, I declined, she became indignant, stating my visit was going to be in excess of $240.when I questioned her about whom I had spoken to on the phone, she then became rude. Several key things to be aware at this business are the bait and switch of prices on services to be provided. Note the switch comes when your in the office! And buyer be ware with these dental plans, they aren't real long for benefits for the patient, but bring a fine profit for the Dr. Unfortunately my teeth didn't get cleaned, and I'm looking for a new Dental office to call home! I should have looked these guys up on yelp first as there are plenty of similar reviews. I will up date if I hear back from this Co, but doubt it highly. There are 4-5Dental offices with Arcadia in their title, avoid this one!
