  • This was the first time I have purchased a firearm from Guns Plus. I bought a S&W Shield 9mm because it was on sale for a great price. The service was decent, but the store was empty. After calling the NICS I was delayed (not their fault) but after asking when I could pick the firearm up they had no idea... Because they do not honor the 3 day delay that the NICS has. So now I don't have my gun or my money and they have no idea when I can come to pick it up... I'm a little agitated that they just simply don't care. I would like to take my money elsewhere but they have a 20% restocking fee implemented and I'm not going to pay $80 just to get my money back. BULLSHIT. Take your money elsewhere! The handgun was purchased on 12/30/14
