STILL UNRESOLVED
Finally got a hold of the manager on 3/6 and was told I would be receiving my refund within 14 business days. I haven't received a check and called again another million times at the beginning of this month to get a check number or tracking info and they don't even see that it's been done. Lady on the phone (once again the rude unhelpful Shawna) says she is checking with accounting and will call me back. Of course she hadn't called me so I called for an update the next day, I believe which is plenty of time to get an answer from accounting and NOTHING! I will be calling again today and if nothing is done, will just have to head over there and deal with this in person since they are all completely useless. I am tired of dealing with them and just want this to be over.
Management, if you read these --- GET YOUR **** TOGETHER!
I've wasted too much of my time on you.
