  • STAY AWAY! Way over-priced, young inexperienced staff and Eric Miller doesn't stand by his word. Charged me $495 for a kitchen faucet, which was installed improperly. When I asked for my money back, he said he'd split it with me and only charge me half! They came back, took the faucet and haven't reimbursed me one cent! Now they don't return my calls! Here's the tip off, no matter what time you call this company, night or day, you'll get a recording saying they are on the other line with a customer, they say leave a message and we'll get back to you within 5 to 15 minutes. This is their way of screening their calls, if you are looking for a SERVICE, they'll call you back, if you are calling with a complaint about their service or a problem you had with their service, they don't call you back.
