Trying to get "same day appliance service'. Not so much. While they agreed to come out the next day (it was a Sunday) I tried to talk to the service person on the phone with info. About the problem I was experiencing. I was looking at the possibility of losing over $1000 worth of food in my refrigerator/freezer and knew the error code and the problem was likely the ice fan and control board and hoped he could arrive with the parts on hand instead of waiting more day(s) for the part. He did not want to listen to me and when I asked him to please listen so perhaps he could be better prepared to assist when he arrived the next day, he treated me like 'just another dumb customer' then hung up on me. I tried calling back thinking maybe we just got disconnected, but he sent me into voicemail. He wouldn't be calling back, I knew this at that point. I don't usually put bad reviews out for small businesses but I would be wary of using a repair company that won't even listen to a potential new customer's concern. After reading TC's review with similar condescending attitude from the same man, perhaps this company should reconsider its customer service model. When you work in a small service business, both technical AND people skills are required.
