  • i come here for the sales. Check out their weekly flier. When they have sales, they really mean S-A-L-E!!! For example, recently scored 2 LARGE watermelons for $3. it's crazy! And it was sweet too. Though we did get the grocery clerk to help us choose because we don't know how to choose sweet watermelons but they were helpful and kind enough to do so. Another recent steal: $1 for 8 ears of corn. WHAT???? Are you even making money? Fruits and Veggies are "moderately" fresh. The fresher ones are usually a little more expensive then the cheaper ones. Eg they will have the same kind of peaches but one pile is cheaper and one pile is more expensive. However, that said, their "expensive" peaches were still way cheaper than the prices you'd find at Loblaws or Sobeys so just go for the fresher ones. Snack range is decent. They carry most of the staples, chips, asian snacks, prunes, etc. The one thing I'm sketchy about here is the meat. The layout and the color of the meats make me suspicious. Bottom line is, COME HERE FOR THE SALES. CHECK YOUR FLIERS!!!!
