I ordered glasses with them with anti-reflective lenses. I patiently waited for a week and was appreciative that they told me they can rush the order because I was going away on a trip. I got my glasses and was under the impression that everything was good since I asked the girl that helped me and she told me it had everything it was supposed to have. To my surprise, I used the glasses at night while driving and it had so much glare that it gave me a headache. I called them back and told them that the glasses they gave me never had any anti reflective on it and I was a bit annoyed that they allowed me to leave with the glasses without checking it. If I didnt know what to look for I would've probably be stuck with glasses without the anti reflective even though I had paid extra for the anti reflective. I was stuck with the glasses for almost a week because I had to go on a trip. I had to go and drive back to the office and had to wait 30 min to get the proper lenses attached to my frames. Really disappointed with the lack of customer service. And no one from the office apologized to me for their error and kept blaming the lab because apparently they did nothing wrong and it was the lab's fault that my lenses didnt get the anti reflective. Uh okay wow.
