So I called to schedule an appointment for a temporary card as my card had been hacked into. I advised the person on the phone that I would be coming during my lunch break so I dont have much time. The woman on the phone said: we dont make appointments but we'll be able to help you out quick, no worries. So I arrive and there's about 3 other people waiting. No sign in sheet, no one keeping track of who walked in first or even saying hello to customers as they walk in. In fact after a few minutes a personal banker walks up and says laughing, "I dont even know who's next. You guys tell me" is that anyway to run a business?!? I think not! So after 40 minutes I ask to speak to the manager. After explaining to the service manager that i called ahead and all I need is a temp card (which takes about 5 minutes to do), that my card was hacked so I have literally $5 to my name and if there's anything she can do to help me! Her response: we don't have a sign in sheet! And there's nothing we can do for you! Just rude! Thats how they treat a 13 year long customer with multiple accounts there!
