  • I agree with the other comments here about the rude service. I've been to the store twice and both times I was treated as though I wasn't there while the owner chatted with her friends. The owner was very rude to me before she realized I was buying $200 shoes! Then she was trying to make up for her rudeness once she realized I was making a purchase. Today when I went in I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt from the last time I went in but she was rude again. I will say that the salesclerk was very lovey and helpful. But the owner is rude and it seems to be her core personality given all of the comments here about it. I'm sorry but I will never shop here again. What everyone else said on here is totally consistent with my experience. Learn some customer service!
