  • Came here to watch the Cub game and grab dinner and a drink. We had to ask them to change the channel which was handled without any issue, but they left something that required a selection up on the screen. We asked our server if she could fix it, so she asked a bartender which was rude and short with her. He said he was slammed and didn't have the time. We were shocked, she covered for him and everything was okay. Then we saw how the bartender treated others... he kind of pushed the balloon person out of his way and he just seemed like he had better places to be. His attitude bothered us and we (my boyfriend and I) agreed we would ask to move if we were ever sat in his section. Well, our server was great and the service we received from her was awesome! Oh, the Cubs won... we may have a new tradition.
