  • I can definitely recommend this place. I'm from Scotland, so I've eaten a reasonable amount of "chippy" style fish and chips, both good and bad. It's been a while though, and the first attempt I sampled after a year of travelling was the dirt they serve at British Style Fish & Chips off Coxwell. This was waaaay better and damn close to the real thing. I ordered the halibut and chips with bread and butter and it was all excellent, reasonably generous portion too. Grease factor was medium, which is pretty much how it should be. Delivery was prompt. The lady on the phone was friendly. The tartare sauce was ehhh, but no big deal. I'll definitely order again in future.
