  • These guys are horrible. If you have a warranty through Best Buy or RC Willey for your TV and they make you use these guys, run. Or be prepared to be TVless for at least 1 month. All we needed was a light bulb replacement. That's it! Easy. We called in our warranty with RC Willey and they sent over these guys. The guy who came to our house could not figure out how to install the light bulb and said he needed to take the TV away. Like an idiot, I let him. Bye, bye TV. 1 month and 27 phone calls later we finally got our TV back. They are really, super rude on the phone, by the way. They really don't care. At some point I was convinced that it was all a scam and our TV was gone forever. Yeah, the TV works. But it is a job that would have taken my husband about five minutes. Avoid these guys like the plague.
