Very disappointed in their ability to repair my refrigerator/freezer and with their warranty. They came out 4 times and the refrigerator is still not working! I initially told them my refrigerator was freezing up and my freezer was warm. After 3 service calls, they fixed the freezer (which requires some parts) and the water dispenser wasn't working. I literally had to use my hair dryer to defrost the frozen tube in the refrigerator every day. The owner came out the next service call and the re-routed the water dispenser hose to bypass the problem area but the problem with the freezing in the refrigerator is still going on! They gave me a 30 day warranty and will not honor it stating this is a new problem. It is not a new problem!!! It's the same problem and they have cost me hundreds of dollars in having to throw away bad food! The problem is getting worse now and my fruits and vegetables are frozen. I am renting and complained to the owner to find a new repair company because Steve the manager won't honor the warranty that I have in writing!!! This has been on going for months now. Steven the owner is upset he only got paid for one service call but he warrantied his work and obviously doesn't know how to fix it! I'm giving 2 stars because the repairman Tanner was very nice and the girls who answer the phones are nice. If you are in the customer service industry, and warranty your work, you need to honor the warranty!
