I had purchased a 2017 road glide from these guys brand new last year. I rode it for about 6 months and had close to 17xxx miles when it was totaled by a freak flood and mudslide. After months of dealing with insurance and working with the sales team at Arrowhead, I was finally fully refunded for my bike and the extra 3 year extended service contract and warranty.
This process took longer than I would have hoped, but in the end it all worked out. May I suggest BUYING THE GAP COVERAGE on a new bike. I didn't do this and it almost bit me in the ass.
Man I really miss my Road Glide and want to get back on one.
