  • Mediocre. Service: We came on Sunday during lunch time and they were very much understaffed. Our waiter was running back and forth and was visibly stressed. He never introduced himself or asked to take our drink order. We only had water with our lunch. He also barely checked on us. Food: BLAND. I ordered their lobster mac and cheese and was surprised we did not get bread with our order. The entree itself was nothing special a bit dry and desperately in need of flavor. My husband had the burger. Though he ordered it medium well, it was very dry. Even the sweet potato fries needed more seasoning! Decorations: They had some pretty interesting light fixtures. With the many wonderful places in downtown Phoenix, we will not be returning.
