  • This team was very thorough. We had just moved in, and the amount of dust in the house was unbelievable. Both team members made sure everything sparkled when they were done. I'd say they were the best I've had so far. They were not lazy, as dragging in the hours to get paid more (as others in the past had done) and-- yay!-- I was able to communicate with them in English! Experiences in the past have been with Hispanic teams who had no clue on the English language. This is important because not all of us know Spanish. It's pretty major that we are able to communicate with the people who will be handling our home for a number of hours. Most of them I've so far tried, did not communicate at all. They plugged on huge headsets and dragged on the hours with a frown. I won't mention the cleaning service, but hey, after that, anything's better! One downside: very pricey. But to be honest, they're pretty much worth it. Thanks Tidy Casa!
